The PC Pay™ system can be used with a bank or credit union's home banking solution to bring an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) into the bank/credit union customer's home. The PC Pay device in combination with a PC, and PC-modem can emulate a bank ATM even to the extent of dispensing electronic cash to a smart card.

The PC Pay™ device reads debit cards and encrypts the user PIN just like at a local ATM. The PC Pay™ device can be connected to a bank customer's PC in the bank customer's home or office to provide easy and secure access to the bank account just like an ATM-type transaction. The PC Pay device connects to the users computer in seconds and has been approved as a home banking terminal by one of the largest ATM networks in United States.
