To reserve flights on airlines, customers could use the internet and the PC Pay® device with their PC. From the comfort of a user's home or office the PC user could file a complete flight itinerary and select from any number of flights for a given destination and desired time to leave the orgin airport or arrive at the destination airport a particular time. The internet interface would allow a much faster way to reserve seats and check the availability of a flight instantaneously and in the convenience of the user's home or office.

In the future online airline reservations will include information regarding the departing and arrival gate information. The traveler will be able to quickly pick the best flight for their needs and pay for the tickets using the PC Pay® device and their credit card, debit card, or smart card. The "Travel Smart Card" will include frequent flyer information for all the frequent flyer programs in one card!
